Big Blow to Obamacare: Appeals Court Knocks Down Mandate

Republicans will like this one: An appeals court today said the mandate for individuals to buy Obamacare or face a penalty is unconstitutional.  Yeah, I sure didn't want to pony up $200 a month or more for the right to NOT buy something.  Good.  But it'll have to go to the Supreme Court because there's another appeals court decision that sort of steps on its toes.
