Impeachment, Duh, Winning!

Well, when I called for impeachment I didn't realize that that H. Concurrent Resolution 107 was in fact an impeachment resolution.  It seeks to impeach Obama over starting a war in Libya last year without Congressional approval.

H.CON.RES.107.IH states; "Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution."

Okey dokey, I'm on the right page now. WOO HOO!!! And, yes, implore your congresscritters to vote for it.
